Welcome to our Intro to Parkour class, where we transform the way you think about parkour! While some may picture daring stunts, our focus is on empowering you to reach your personal goals—whether that's enhancing your health, coordination, or simply enjoying yourself. Our program equips you with the skills and mindset necessary for a successful parkour journey, teaching you how to jump, vault, roll, and land confidently at your own pace. Sky Band
Congratulations on finishing Level 1! Your confidence and ability to overcome challenges have significantly increased. Level 2 training is tailored to enhance your skills while improving your strength and endurance. Our classes will provide a perfect blend of technique and muscle conditioning, allowing you to effectively develop both muscle memory and strength. For optimal results, dedicate one day a week to practice independently or participate in a community parkour jam. Remember, train hard and train safe!

Level 3 is where you truly begin to harness your understanding of parkour and your body's potential. The focus now shifts to flow, creativity, and control as you explore combo vaults and double vaults. This is your time to develop a unique parkour identity—will you prioritize speed and efficiency, or will you lean into creativity and flow, incorporating flips and transitioning into freerunning? Remember, progression is key, so dedicate time training on your own, and embrace the outdoors or a local gym at least twice a week. Remember, train hard and train safe!
Red Band
Welcome to Level 4, the stage where real parkour takes flight! Having navigated the first three levels, you’ve learned to enjoy parkour as a fun hobby, but now it’s time to elevate your skills to a whole new level. This is your opportunity to compete with the big dogs and potentially earn a spot on a competitive team. In Level 4, parkour evolves into a true lifestyle, where the basics become second nature, and high-level skills start to feel like an everyday part of your routine. For optimal progress, we recommend training 3-5 days a week, ensuring that at least one of those sessions takes place outdoors, where you can truly push your limits and embrace the challenge.
