How to pick a good pair of parkour shoes

Picking a good pair of shoes for parkour can be a challenge. You need something bendable yet maintains stability, thin soles but still absorb impact, grippy but durable, low cost but high quality. Andrew Foster, founder of Akron Movement family gives a great run down of the top shoes used in Parkour.

Using Physics to better understand Parkour
